Umeon is a world I made in 1996 as a place to stick an alien race I created prior, the Kiamat. They are the personification of their star, K1IV, or Kin for short, also a living alien creature from the cosmos. The planet Umeon is deeply entangled in the warped radiation of this star, giving way to a world where every living thing can transmute into a new form to protect itself. The story follows how people cope with living here; everyday life in a modern world with ancient ethereal problems.
