Aeon, Umeon’s offspring, "Living beings from the supreme light", are living creatures on the planet. This includes all fauna and flora and are divided into groups including traditional biome orderings of land, water, and sky, as well as Verdigris (flora), Lux (sentient verdigris), Ib (alien), Empyreans (first fires of life), Aery (emanating from aeon), and Taothomet (kindred).

Ordering creatures by the biome where they live or are mostly seen is the traditional way of tracking radiation branches of evolution, due to the strange turns they take. For example, Imps include mostly cat-like creatures, but on first glance, most would not assume Belinques and Anlakrengats are related. However, Taothomet are determined to figure out the radio families.

Words such as bird or fish are still used as descriptors for body plans, or even as clade names, such as horse.
