Being Zeitheir has put Kizai through a lot in life, a continuous onslaught of hate, insults, beatings, people telling him to kill himself, the standard bullying kit; all things he let happen in a heedless attempt to prove his people aren't out to kill and devour everyone in sight. Joke's on them about telling Kizai to kill himself, someone went ahead and did it for him, once again allowing depression (that he refuses to admit to having) take over and let his own death happen despite being perfectly capable of protecting and saving himself. Unfortunately for Kizai he didn't experience death in the traditional sense, instead waking up as what people on Umeon call an eidolon. No answers were provided to him by his father and grandfather after the two repaired his fatal injuries, claiming to know nothing before they both disappeared.

He disconnected from his past life and spent the next decade fading into the ghost-of-his-former-self eidolon status, forced to endure what seemed to be endless life without the comfort of death. He only believed it after trying to free himself of this state. The evidence supporting the eidolon claim seemed to be holding up, so Kizai was forced into moving forward whether he liked it or not. This was not without sustaining additional mental damage, losing the last of his hope, and becoming a cynical, sardonic asshole that is next to impossible to tolerate in any situation.

Notes

Goes by Kizai only, Zeitheir do not like sharing their real names.

Impossible to kill and can fully regenerate from nothing, but that doesn't stop the pain.

The most overpowered prick, but will dip out of a room to avoid a certain Gattling.
